Q. Why is Burd and Sons expanding service to Milwaukee?

A. After decades of serving piano owners, musicians, institutions, and performers throughout the region, I am expanding my technical services to Milwaukee to serve growing demand. There is a strong community of piano owners and musicians in the Milwaukee area, and I look forward to bringing my experience in precision tuning, regulation, voicing, restoration, and digital player systems to new clients here.

I also have a personal connection to Wisconsin. My first visits to Milwaukee came as a member of the Madison Scouts, and I have loved this city ever since. The opportunity to spend more time here while continuing my work as a piano technician was one I was excited to pursue.

Initially, Milwaukee appointments will be scheduled during dedicated service visits every few weeks as I build my regular clientele in the area. If you are willing to schedule around my service dates, I would appreciate the opportunity to care for your piano.
