Piano Tuning Mequon

Mequon Piano Tuning, Regulation, and Restoration

Mequon’s larger homes, established properties, and proximity to the Lake Michigan shoreline can create demanding conditions for a piano. Seasonal humidity, dry heated winter air, and the temperature differences common in larger homes can affect tuning stability, soundboard movement, and the smooth response of the action. Over time, those changes may show up as drifting pitch, sticking keys, uneven touch, or a piano that simply no longer sounds as open and musical as it should.

We service pianos throughout Mequon, including homes near the Milwaukee River, Concordia University Wisconsin, and neighborhoods along Mequon Road, Port Washington Road, and Wauwatosa Road. Whether your piano needs routine tuning, pitch correction, regulation, minor repair, or thoughtful restoration planning, each service visit is based on the instrument’s individual age, condition, use, and environment.

Burd and Sons brings Joe Kemple’s 38 years of professional experience directly to your home. With precise, master-level piano service and careful attention to the needs of each instrument, we help Mequon piano owners maintain stable tuning, dependable touch, and the rich tonal character their pianos were built to provide.
