Joe is amazing. You truly just found the best in the area! My great aunt passed recently and I ended up inheriting a self playing steck upright piano that the family played from time to time. I remember the self playing piano as a magic piano when I was younger and wanted to pass that experience on to those who visit. The piano was shipped with a few items that got damaged in transport. I looked up the piano repair company with the highest ratings and found Joe. Joe came out even though we were a little out of normal service range to quote, repair and tune our family heirloom. He quickly gave us a quote and waited patiently while insurance came through. He quickly fixed all issues as well as tuned the piano along the way educating us. Our son kept telling us how much he liked Joe multiple times throughout the process. Once completed we played a reel watching the piano keys play themselves and tested out all the keys. Shortly after Joe left I played on the piano myself and was taken back to my childhood with my Aunt. I felt like I was there in my aunt's house playing the piano and she was right there with me.
